Helping People Who Ask The Question….

“Should I Stay or Should I Go?”

Do you lie awake at night thinking about whether or not you should stay in your relationship? Do thoughts go through your mind over and over again worrying that leaving would hurt someone you care about and you could end up alone if you did?

Making the decision to stay or go can be agonizing.  You no longer want to tolerate the status quo but are afraid of taking the next step to change it. Constantly fighting, having an unsatisfying sex life.  Feeling like you’re just roommates.  Disrespect, verbal abuse, neglect, or infidelity can make you feel stuck and frustrated.  Not feeling validated in your own relationship is not a happy place to be.  When you aren’t feeling your best you aren’t feeling life’s best.

Marriage Counseling

It’s possible to work through these issues by bringing more clarity to difficult decisions and adding perspective in developing options that work for you.  If you want to be happier and more satisfied it can be helpful to get some input from an unbiased third party – a Therapist who doesn’t have an agenda for you other than helping you get what you want and need.

“If I could give every marriage in trouble their own personal Sarah Ruggera, I would.  She is absolutely amazing.  I have been seeing Sarah on my own and with my husband for the past few months and she has really transformed our relationship into a stronger one.  I’ve never been more confident in us as I am now.  We’ve been married for nine years and we have been having trouble appreciating and acknowledging each other.  She has given us the “tools” to be better to each other and to ourselves.  We have been able to sort of rekindle the flame if you will.  We’ve always been in love but we forgot how to show it after all these years.  I highly recommend Sarah if you are having any kind of relationship issues “big” or “small.”  We all measure issues differently but I guarantee she can help you with any and every one.”

“My wife and I agree. You saved our marriage. Honestly, our turning point together began with you. Recently my wife had to stand up to her parents. And it was a direct result of your words. How insane is that?! You make waves you will never know. You have made shores shape differently. Much appreciation.”
